China Goldjoy Group Limited (“China Goldjoy”, Stock code: HK1282) was incorporated in 2009 and was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 15 December 2010.
China Goldjoy and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”) are principally engaged in (I) financial services; (II) securities investment; (III) strategic investment and development in technologies relating to biometric security, wireless data transmission and communications; (IV) trading of automation-related equipment and provision of related services; and (V) production of a wide range of high technology products.
The Group is currently implementing a series of strategic transformation measures and will identify appropriate investment opportunities in areas such as integrated financial services, asset management, new energy and emerging industries. The Group will also strive to expand into new businesses and new markets in executing its diversified development strategy.
As of 14 March 2016, China Goldjoy has been included as the constituent of a number of Hang Seng indexes and officially become one of the eligible stocks under Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Investors in Mainland China are capable of buying the stocks of China Goldjoy via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
